  • We'll dive into how to appropriately price your offers based on things like market rates, your unique value proposition, and how your offers compete with one another.

  • We'll cover the best ways to accelerate sales with promotions and discounts. Promotions should be used strategically throughout the year and should take many things into consideration.

  • Automation can make or break small businesses! Learn how to utilize automation to create funnels and flows and make it feel like you have a few more team members.

  • Showing up where your customers are is critical when building out your or trying to accelerate your business. You might have everything else right, but if you don't know your avatar (ideal customer) you'll struggle to find them!

  • This is going to be an exciting week as you'll each learn a lot more about yourselves as we dive into one of my favorites - my strength assessment. You'll learn what you should start, stop, and continue doing in your business.

  • Our days are made up of an infinite number of habits so it's critical that you're aware of yours. We'll compile a list of success habits and learn how to use mindfulness, habit stacking, and other strategies to make them stick.

  • Resilience is a critical skill when it comes to female founders. How often are we told no or that we can't do something? How often have you failed over the years? I know I've failed A LOT! Moving forward with intention is a SKILL, and we'll spend some time focusing on how to build it up.

  • Another of my favorite weeks (because I'm type A!). We'll work on goal setting for 2025 and beyond and learn how to create "votes" for these goals. Every habit you perform is a "vote" for or against your goals...how inspiring!
